DUJAC

Founded in 1968, Domaine Dujac has been developed by the Seysses family for two generations. Initially focused on Morey-Saint-Denis, the estate has since expanded into Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. Today, the domaine boasts parcels in some of Burgundy's most prestigious climats. Thanks to these exceptional terroirs, the domaine produces seven Grands Crus and eight Premiers Crus.

Geographical location of Domaine Dujac

Domaine Dujac is located in Morey-Saint-Denis, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits. The majority of the estate's 17.5 hectares of plots are located in this commune. The grape varieties are mainly Pinot Noir, with a few Chardonnay vines. The domaine also owns parcels in Gevrey-Chambertin and Vosne-Romanée. In the Côte de Beaune region, Domaine Dujac farms vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet.

Domaine Dujac wines

The estate's vines are grown using organic methods. From the vineyard to the cellar, the emphasis is on manual work. Depending on the vintage, the grapes are vinified with little or no destemming. Fermentation is natural and lasts around two weeks. The wines are aged for 14 to 18 months in oak barrels.

In red wine, Domaine Dujac offers seven Grands Crus de Bourgogne. In Morey-Saint-Denis, we find the Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint-Denis and Bonnes-Mares Grands Crus. They are joined by Grands Crus Chambertin and Charmes-Chambertin, in Gevrey-Chambertin, and Grands Crus Romanée-Saint-Vivant and Échezeaux, in Vosne-Romanée. Still in red wine, the domaine produces five Premiers Crus. These are Premiers Crus Chambolle-Musigny Les Gruenchers, Morey-Saint-Denis and Gevrey-Chambertin Aux Combottes. In Vosne-Romanée, we find the Premiers Crus Les beaux Monts and Aux Malconsorts.

Domaine Dujac also offers three Premiers Crus white wines. These are Morey-Saint-Denis Les Monts Luisants and Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatières and Les Combettes.
