LAURENT PERRIER

Laurent-Perrier was founded in Tours-sur-Marne in 1887. Innovation and style are part of its DNA. In 1889, Laurent-Perrier became the first company to present a non-dosed Champagne wine at the Exposition Universelle. This was the famous Grand Vin Sans Sucre. But the company really took off after 1945 under the leadership of Bernard de Nonancourt.

Now run by Bernard's daughters Alexandra and Stéphanie de Nonancourt, the house continues to assert a unique style thanks to its art of blending. Freshness, elegance and finesse characterize Maison Laurent-Perrier cuvée after cuvée.

Geographical location of Maison Laurent-Perrier

Maison Laurent-Perrier buys 90% of its grapes from carefully selected partner winegrowers. 10% is produced in-house on the estate. The House's historic parcels are those of Plaisances and Tour Glorieux. Laurent-Perrier champagnes have been certified Viticulture Durable de Champagne (VDC) since 2018.

Chardonnay makes up the majority of Laurent-Perrier champagnes. It characterizes the freshness and finesse of the house's wines. Pinot Noir contributes to the special signature of the Cuvée Rosé. Finally, to achieve the aromatic complexity of its Champagne wines, the house favors parcel-based vinification.

The wines of Maison Laurent-Perrier

Maison Laurent-Perrier expresses its vision of Champagne in its prestige cuvée Grand Siècle. It's a demonstration of the importance of blending over vintage. Each Grand Siècle cuvée is blended from 11 Grands Crus and aged for 10 years in our cellars. The aim is to create the perfect year for a champagne.

In white Champagne, Laurent-Perrier also offers Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature, Brut Millésimé and Cuvée Ultra Brut. Cuvée Rosé and Alexandra Rosé Millésimé represent the rosé champagnes.
