PERROT-MINOT

Domaine Perrot-Minot covers the terroirs of Morey-Saint-Denis, Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges. Its origins date back to the 19th century, but it was Amédée Merme and his son Armand who brought it structure and renown in France and beyond.

Following Armand Merme's death in the 1970s, his daughter Marie-France, accompanied by her husband Henri Perrot-Minot, took over the reins of the estate, which became known as Domaine Perrot-Minot. They continued the family tradition of producing quality wines . In 1993, their son Christophe Perrot-Minot took over the running of the estate, continuing the family tradition. From the vineyard to the cellar, his work is meticulous: promoting biodiversity, short guyot pruning to ensure good ripening, leaf thinning, green harvesting, sorting during the harvest and then a second sorting on the table.
