LAMY HUBERT

Hubert Lamy founded his domaine in 1973, with eight hectares of vines in Saint-Aubin, Burgundy. In 1995, he was joined by his son Olivier. Together, they bring to the domaine a brilliant balance between tradition and modernity. Lamy father and son practice viticulture that respects the soil and the vintage. The grapes are harvested by hand and only organic fertilizers are authorized, always in a reasoned manner. Now certified organic, Domaine Hubert Lamy produces great Burgundy wines. These include Santenay Premier Cru Clos des Gravières and Saint-Aubin, a little-known Côte de Beaune appellation.

Geographical location of Domaine Hubert Lamy

Domaine Hubert Lamy covers 18.5 hectares, 80% of which are devoted to white wine and 20% to red wine. Domaine Hubert Lamy crosses four prestigious Côte de Beaune appellations: Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay and Puligny-Montrachet. These villages are renowned for their white and red wines. The estate's vines are grown on very stony clay-limestone soils. Depending on the appellation, they face south or southeast. Domaine Hubert Lamy wines are taut and elegant. They faithfully exalt the characteristics of their terroir.
