FOREY REGIS

Domaine Forey père et fils is the fruit of four generations of winegrowers. Régis Forey, now at the head of the estate, produces great Burgundy wines. Created by François, then run by Jean and Henri, four generations have succeeded one another at the head of Domaine Forey. Located in Vosne-Romanée, the estate produces great red wines: Clos de Vougeot, Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges. All these vintages have received numerous awards, confirmed by the opinions of wine lovers. The red wines produced by Domaine Forey père et fils regularly feature in the most renowned wine guides.

Régis Forey's vineyards stretch across the terroirs between Morey-Saint-Denis and Nuits-Saint-Georges. They pass through Clos de Vougeot and Vosne-Romanée. Régis Forey and his son Quentin leave no room for mediocrity. Their wine is aged in oak barrels. The estate's 9.5 hectares of vines are cultivated using integrated viticulture methods.

As far as grape varieties are concerned, Pinot Noir is widely represented. It makes rare wines under the Vosne-Romanée Les Gaudichots or Échezeaux appellations. Wines under the Vosne-Romanée village appellation are available in cuvée de base, cuvée Jarre, which brings a more mineral note, and cuvée Menhir with a woody note. Domaine Forey produces five Premiers Crus: Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Perrières, Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Saints Georges, Vosne-Romanée Les Petits Monts, Vosne-Romanée Les Gaudichots and Morey-Saint-Denis.
