Florence, Pascal, Charles Lachaux and their grape-pickers harvest the grapes by hand. The grapes are then rigorously sorted to produce wines for ageing. The wines classified as Premiers Crus all have famous names: Nuits-Saint-Georges Clos des Corvées Pagets, Les Chaumes, Les Grands Suchots and Les Reignots.
Domaine Arnoux Lachaux boasts 4 Grands Crus, including the Latricières-Chambertin and Romanée Saint Vivant appellations. The latter is located in the immediate vicinity of the renowned Romanée Conti. The Nuits-Saint-Geogres Les Poisets appellation, and the Vosne-Romanée Les Hautes Maizières appellation are further highlights of the red wines produced by Domaine Arnoux Lachaux.
