DANCER THEO

Théo Dancer is a young winemaker with a passion for Burgundy wines. All his energy is devoted to the vines and wine-making. He began by helping his father Vincent Dancer run the family domaine. The latter produced classified growths in the Chevalier-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault appellations. He soon went on to create Domaine Théo Dancer, a wine merchant. Finally, he bought his own vineyard in the Mâconnais, Domaine Roc Breïa par Théo Dancer.

Geographical location of Domaine Théo Dancer

The wines produced by Théo Dancer are issued from Burgundy or regional wine appellations. With the Vin de France (VDF) appellation, the winemaker wishes to express his creativity and freedom in blending grapes from different varieties (Pinot Noir, Gamay, Grenache, Aligoté and Chardonnay).

The vines are planted on various partner estates in Burgundy, but also in the Jura, Savoie and Rhône valleys. They are cultivated according to the principles of organic viticulture.

On his Roc Breïa estate, the Burgundy winemaker aims to create a virtuous ecosystem for the vines of his wines. Théo Dancer's aim is to produce a 100% natural wine, which sublimates the fruit.
