AGRAPART

Located in Avize, Domaine Agrapart was founded in 1894 by Arthur Agrapart. The estate was taken over 56 years later by Pierre Agrapart, his grandson, who propelled the brand to the top, and then passed on to Pascal Agrapart, the current owner.

The Domaine's geographical location

Covering a dozen hectares, the estate produces Champagnes from the following grape varieties: Chardonnay, the main variety used in the production of Champagnes, as well as other varieties used in smaller quantities: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Arbane, Petit Meslier and Pinot Blanc. Maison Agrapart, located in the heart of the Champagne region, has the advantage of benefiting from a terroir with singular properties. Right in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, in the Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry areas, the chalky soil is ideal for growing Chardonnay. A soil that favors totally natural practices. The vines are treated with homeopathic preparations, organic compost, manure and teas, in addition to light copper and sulfur treatments. The work in the vineyard is carried out as naturally as possible and with respect for the environment. The winemaking process is 100% traditional. Each parcel is vinified separately
