FAIVELEY
The history of Domaine Faiveley began in the 19th century in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy. In 2005, Erwan Faiveley, the 7th generation of winemakers, took over the running of the estate. He practises integrated viticulture with the greatest respect for the terroir. Fruit is delicately handled. The wines are aged in oak barrels for between 12 and 18 months. The result is splendid white and red grands crus and premiers crus such as Charmes-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Gevrey-Chambertin.
Geographical location of Domaine Faiveley
The Faiveley estate covers more than 100 hectares. The parcels, averaging around one hectare in size, are among Burgundy's finest climats, including Gevrey-Chambertin, Puligny-Montrachet and Mercurey.
